On December 11, 2022, the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E Mr. Emil Karimov held a courtesy meeting with H.E Mr. Abdulrahman Badah Al-Mutairi, the Minister of Information and Culture, Minister of State for Youth Affairs of the friendly State of Kuwait.

During the meeting, the cooperation between the two countries in the fields of culture, mass media and youth was discussed, and the importance of developing relations in these fields emphasized.
