To obtain single entry visa for travel to the Republic of Azerbaijan the following documents must be submitted to the Consular Section:

1. Completed visa application form; Sample of application form approved by an appropriate authority of executive power (a sample is attached).
2. This application form can be filled out through Visa application portal
3. Valid passport or other travel document (photocopies will not be accepted) which should have at least one clear page for the visa, photocopy of  the passport and valid KUWAIT resident visa (Original civil ID)
4. Hotel booking;
5. Flight ticket;
6. Two passport size photos colored on white background taken within last 6 months;
7. Travel Insurance;
8. The invitation letter (for business visa only).
9. Payment: 20$  USD Visa fee. Paid through NBK, (After) apply all required documents to the Consular Section. – Embassy account  No. (1000201152).

Note: Payment should be done after submiting all documents to Consulate section.

For business and humanitarian visit-the invitation letter from receiving party along with the copy of the charter and state registration certificate of the company/organization;

Important note. Please note, all foreigners intending to stay in Azerbaijan for more than 15 days must register with the State Migration Service or “ASAN” service.
